NOTE: The tournament entries for the singles competitions have sold weeks in advance of the event in recent years.
Players are encouraged to register early.
Registrations received after a category has been sold out, will be placed on a waiting list.
NOTE: Competitive singles, Recreational singles and Cues singles categories are currently sold out.
If wishing to be added to the waitlist for those categories please send in the registration form.
Payment for any waitlisted category does not need to be submitted to reserve a spot on the waitlist.

Please note that the WCC is entirely volunteer-run so it takes time to process registrations.
If you've completed your registration (form and payment submitted) and you don't see your name listed one week after submitting online, or two weeks after submitting via mail, please contact us.
Please note the following regarding registration:
- Registration fees are non refundable.
- Full payment must accompany the registration to be accepted.
- Registrations submitted or postmarked after May 1st will be subject to a late fee of $5.00 per person.
- Doubles players should register for all the categories they wish to enter on a single registration form. In Doubles registration the first name on the form will be used as the “contact person”. All games will be played with the partner listed on the joint registration form.
- There are categories of play for all ages and skill levels. There are no pre-qualification requirements. Anyone can enter.
- The main focus of the tournament is the Adult Competitive category and winners will be awarded the larger prizes of the day.
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place winners in Recreational Singles and Recreational Doubles cannot compete in that recreational category, for the two tournaments following their win. They are strongly encouraged to enter in a competitive category.
- Competitive, Recreational and Cue Doubles teams that include a child (ages 6-14) must also include an adult (defined as 15 years or older).
- Parents and/or guardians registering young players are strongly requested to remain with them during play.
- Please note that if you are registering in a Cue category, you must supply your own cue.
- To our US-based players paying by cheque or cash in the mail, please note that currency exchange is at par. $1 Cdn = $1 US
Registration On Tournament Day - opportunities to play may be limited.
Registration on tournament day will only be possible if space still exists.
Registration will start at 8:00 a.m.and continue until 8:30 am and then open again from 1:45 to 2:15 pm.
Make sure you are registered and ready to play well in advance of your category start time. Once players are seated, you may not be allowed to enter play.
Registrations on tournament day will include a late fee of $5.00 per person.
