A disc lying flat in the center hole is removed from the board at once and placed in the designated area visible to both players. 20's are to be retained for calculation at the end of the round and are to be added into round totals when determining the winner. Unshot disks are to be kept in a separate location from the 20's outside of the board and not be held in player's hand for any length of time.
The value of the circle inside the pegs is 15. The value of the next outer circle is 10. The value of the exterior circle is 5.
A disc touching the line of a dividing circle is counted at a lower value.

Cue Doubles - 5 discs each per round X 4 rounds = 1 game / 6 games = A Match
Score cards are handed to the opponent before the beginning of play for the game. The player will mark his/her opponent's score and record the number of 20's after each round. After four rounds (a game) have been played, opponents will total each other's scores, record their ID number and initial. At the close of tabulation the score card is given back to the owner for verification before moving chairs for the next game.
- Scorecard must be completed legibly in ink and a referee must initial any change or make the corrections legibly and initial.

a) Tie breaking procedure for matches during and after the first round robin playoffs are as follows:
- i) head-to-head record with the higher score placing higher.
ii) if still tied player with most 20's between tied players in that playoff round will placed higher.
iii) if still tied a shoot-out will be conducted as per scoring rule # 9 (repeat until tie is broken)
b) As use of head-to-head tie breaker does not work in preliminary matches the most 20's will be used as the first tie breaker for those matches.
A head-to-head tiebreaker is used when two or more players are tied in total points. Head-to-head means the scores from the game when the two players met in the round robin will be looked at. The player who won the game between the tied players will receive the higher position. If more than two players are tied, the person with the higher total points between those two players will be placed higher and remaining ties broken by repeating the head-to-head process if necessary.
In a situation where the number of 20's or head-to-head does not resolve a tie, then a shoot-out will be conducted as follows:
SINGLES:
All tied contestants will use 12 opportunities to shoot for the "20" at the same board, wax will be applied only at the start of a shoot-out round.
Each disc will be removed from the board after each shot and recorded as a "20" if successful.
All attempted shots will count as an opportunity even if they don't reach or remain in the 15 circle.
Top scorer (s) after all shots are taken will advance.
CUES, JUNIORS, INTERMEDIATES AND DOUBLES:
Shoot-outs will be conducted the same as above only each player shooting 6 discs.
A championship match will play best two out of three games in order to establish a winner. If after 4 rounds ( a game) the player's scores are tied, a 5th round will be played to determine a game winner.
